Our Care Team expectations are to provide exceptional personal care services and daily supervision to each resident in a pleasant, courteous, and respectful manner; while promoting and supporting his/her personal rights, overall well-being, and service satisfaction.
Overall, qualified candidates must possess motivation, skill, and ability to learn and adapt to internal on-line systems; ability to adapt quickly to daily demands/circumstances; contribute his/her knowledge and experience to the team; and demonstrate strong work ethics.
Care Team Members are responsible to observe and provide 24-hour supervision, personal care, and other assistance as needed to all assisted living and memory care residents with regard to the Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), health and safety, mobility, dining, hygiene, activities, housekeeping, and various other service needs, according to Company policies, procedures, and protocol, to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws, rules, and regulations.
Participate and assist others in planning, preparation, and clean-up with resident daily activities, dining, special community events, and other related extracurricular activities.
At all times address residents and others in a pleasant, courteous, and respectful manner; while promoting and supporting his/her personal rights, overall well-being, and service satisfaction.
Ability to collaborate effectively with residents, co-workers, and others; readily take direction from the management personnel; and independently follow through on assignments.
Competent knowledge, skill, and ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal directives.
Ability to gently govern, encourage, constructively influence, enlist, and inspire resident participation and interaction with others.
Ability to adapt quickly to daily demands/circumstances; contribute his/her knowledge and experience to the team and demonstrate strong work ethics.
Self-directed, possess effective time management and multi-tasking skills to quickly prioritize appropriately job tasks, schedules, and recordkeeping responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner, such as with a diverse group of residents, visiting guest, family members, regulatory agents, and various personnel.
Consistently arrive to work on time, clock in/out appropriately, and cooperate in a courteous, respectful manner with pass-down to co-workers, according to assigned schedule, Company protocol, and government regulations.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Ability to learn new computer concepts.
At all times display and maintain a positive attitude, team spirit, and confidential etiquette to cooperate and assist others.
Minimum Job Requirements Adhere to all Aspen Creek Senior Living Policies and Procedures, as well as, regulatory agencies requirements; such as, HIPAA, Resident Care, Company Dress Code, Harassment Policy, Scheduling, Punctuality, Recordkeeping, etc.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job; including, but limited to, maintaining a stationary position for extended amounts of time, moving about the facility quickly when necessary, frequently transporting, positioning or removing items weighing up to 50 pounds, performing personal care on a patient who weighs up to 300 pounds, utilizing proper body mechanics such as bending, twisting, squatting, while performing physical work, and using fine motor skills.
Possess and/or ability to obtain certain necessary certifications as required by law.
Minimum Education, Certification, License, and Experience Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a High School diploma or equivalent certification.
Prefer a minimum of 6 month's previous work experience in a geriatric environment; such as, an assisting living, memory care, long-term care, and/or other entity that provides aging adult care.
Clear and unexpired Health and Welfare and Idaho State Police background check and/or willingness to obtain on/or before hire and maintain in good standing throughout employment.
CPR/First Aide and Food & Safety Handlers current certification and/or willingness to obtain within the first 30 days of hire and maintain on-going certification throughout employment.
Read, write, and speak proficient English, effectual bi-lingual skills a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
