We are hiring passionate, service-driven individuals for our Farm Caf and Cider House on our beautiful Organic Farm.
The individual we hope to hire is passionate about hospitality, enjoys cultivating relationships with customers, and is excited about craft cider and farm-to-table cuisine.
This position is 16hrs a week with on-call opportunities.
We are looking for help on the weekends, with the ability to cover additional shifts.
Compensation starts at $12/hr, with tips this will average $18-25/hr.
Responsibilities:
Multitasking with greeting customers, providing excellent table service, bussing tables, running food, and bar backing Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Operating Square POS for tickets and Open Table for reservations Supporting the team with collaboration, respect, and clear communication Preferred
Qualifications:
Prior work in hospitality industry, experience in serving/drink making is a bonus Great communication skills within a team and with customers, and the ability to build rapport with guests Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clear understanding of task prioritization Job Type:
